Jeanette M. Willis, LCPAA is CEO of Advantage Adoptions – OCOC (AA0C0C) and Owner of Advantage

Professional Training, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX.

She has over 25 years of experience in non-profit management, with more than 20 years of special needs targeted child recruitment and adoption experience with AAOCOC. She is a skilled speaker and presenter with extensive knowledge of the One Church One Child faith-based adoption recruitment model.

Jeanette is experienced in faith-based collaboration, parent and youth training, program planning and development, research, and evaluation.  She is a Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator, and is certified in USF Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Nonprofit Leadership and Management, Special Needs Adoption, and PRIDE Train-the-Trainer.

 

A former kinship child, Jeanette is a proud HBCU grad of Southern University and A&M College, Baton Rouge, LA., and also a US Army veteran. 

 

Jeanette has been married to Joel for 26 years strong; they are biological and adoptive parents of four with one granddaughter.

 

Jeanette loves God, family, helping others, music and singing! She recognizes that only God loves her singing!
